2) USERS:
Accessing and/or using ATLAS CARS portals attributes the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use reflected here. Said Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.
3) USE OF THE PORTAL:
ATLAS CARS websites provide access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the content”) on the Internet belonging to ATLAS CARS or its licensors to which the USER may have access.
The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the PORTAL. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In this registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to its diligent and confidential use.
The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or news groups) that ATLAS CARS offers through its websites, and in an enunciative but not limiting manner, not to use them to (i) engage in illegal activities, activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, terrorism-apologetic, or infringing on human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of ATLAS CARS, its suppliers, or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
ATLAS CARS reserves the right to withdraw any comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.
In any case, ATLAS CARS will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

The relationship between ATLAS CARS and the USER shall be governed by the current Spanish regulations, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
